Understanding Google Checkout Processing Time Frames and How It Impacts Your Order

When you make a purchase using Google Checkout, there is at least a 15 minute delay from the time you place your order until the time we receive authorization to process your order. In some cases, the time lag can be considerably longer. While rare, we've seen time delays of over two hours while Google Checkout reviews the order. These delays are outside of our control. During this review time period our customer service personnel are not able to view order details since the order has not been authorized. We don't consider the order to be valid until such time as the Google Checkout system has authorized and confirmed the purchase.

During the busiest times of the year when demand is high and inventories are constantly changing, it is possible that an item appearing "in stock" when you place your order using Google Checkout, is no longer "in stock" by the time we receive the authorization from Google Checkout. If this situation occurs, you will receive notification that the item you ordered is no longer in stock and a refund will be issued. While we hope these situations are rare, they are out of our control.
