Return/Exchange Policy

All products on our web site are first quality merchandise, and carry manufactures warranty against defective workmanship or materials. This warranty does not cover fit, wear and tear, or customer abuse. We understand that Returns and exchanges are sometimes inevitable. The merchandise must not show any evidence of wear and the original tags must be attached. Clothing returns with receipts for refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt, to the address listed below.( If the item is given as a gift, 30 days from the date received as a gift.) Shoe returns can be sent back for up to 1 year. Items that have been worn are not returnable unless found to be defective. All items must be in “like-new” condition, with no signs of wear, soiling or smoke smell.

We recommend that all footwear be tried on at home, on carpet, to ensure a proper fit, and prevent any outsole wear. A receipt must accompany all returns.
